am incredibly disappointed with the unprofessional and dangerous behavior of one of Alpha Flooring's drivers. Today at the intersection of Desert Moon and Ramon Road, their driver attempted an illegal and unsafe U-turn in a very busy area where there simply wasn't enough room. This reckless decision blocked traffic in all four directions and forced me to maneuver my car into oncoming traffic on Ramon Road before it was safe to proceed. When I rolled down my window to ask the driver what he was doing, he responded by yelling, "Shut up, b****," and continued on his way without any regard for the chaos and danger he caused. Such aggressive, careless behavior is unacceptable--both as a driver representing a company and as a person sharing the road with others. This experience has left me with serious concerns about Alpha Flooring's professionalism and the safety standards of their team. I strongly urge the company to address this matter and ensure their employees are trained in both safe driving and respectful communication. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the company and poses a risk to the community.

Hoomam of Alpha Flooring was very helpful in helping us determine the best flooring option for what our needs were. His team did a great job with the installation of Vinyl flooring throughout our home. I collected several estimates and found his was very competitive. The job was completed in a reasonable time frame (one day off from the original projection) and the finishing work was well done for the most part. We did have an issue with the finishing work around our fire place and I am still waiting to hear back from Hooman regarding a fix. It has been close to a week and I have yet to hear from him. I am hoping he responds soon as it is not best practice to leave a customer who has just spent over $10k hanging. I will update my review if we do not hear from him.

Great flooring company in Orange County that gives you the best price and still has amazing customer service. Don't go to the big box store when you can feel like a king here. They are great at carpet, tile, and any kind kf flokring. They give free estimates so don't waste money and get a free quote and save money and get better service.
