probably one of the worst experiences i have ever had from an employer. the on site manager was very unprofessional (when i was able to get a hold of her that is: Wendy) she treated me as if i was an incompetent person, very rude. My recruiter also treated me the same at times, although less, still unprofessional (cindy). i don't think i will ever go through agencies again thanks to this experience. they seem to be accustomed to hiring criminals hence the disrespect, definitely do not recommend applying to any job through aerotek.

I applied to this agency last week and got a respond quick. My recruiter was Erick, he was so helpful. He was on every step of the process and he kept me up to date with jobs and forwarded my resume to different jobs. Thanks to Erick I got 2 interviews with the same company and I got hired directly at the company where I had my 2 interviews. That company reached out and gave me my start date, I'll be starting very soon. If youre looking for work I highly recommend to apply with aerotek and if you get Erick as your recruiter you're in good hands. Thank you so much for your help Erick I really appreciate it.

Very bad agency and work environment had a interview today and was assured that the job I was interested and had applied for was available but to show up and was told that job was no longer available the worker there name Sophia was very rude complained when i. would call for a job and very rude upon interview appointment
