I went here for a cupping session. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, upon entering the office the office manager was on the phone behind the desk. While she did look up at me, she did not say hello or let me know she would be right with me. She appeared to be on a call with an insurance co. or something. I know this because she was on her cell phone, and the call was on speaker. The music in the waiting room was loud and on top of that I have both ends of a very loud conversation going on without any acknowledgement of me even being in the room.
