Casey was fantastic and our garage door is so much smoother now. When we bought our home, it was clear that the door hadn't been maintained or serviced in at least a decade. There were some instances when the door wouldn't close or would shake too much and trip the sensor.
I bought some Dura-Lift rollers but didn't want to mess with installing them.
Casey took care of installation, lubrication, and tested everything. He also secured the sensors to ensure no false detection. We'll have him come back to replace the bottom seal, as well.
Now we're confident the door will close without issues, and it's so much quieter.
Casey and his team are the absolute best. We moved into a home with a broken system motor, and decided to change the garage door altogether. Casey came out, gave us examples and pricing, and worked with our handyman to pinpoint certain pipes that needed to be moved out of the way from the rails, to ensure safety first.
