I agree with Jenni, terrible customer service. I was given a 4 hour window for my service. waited waited waited. out in 95 degree sun with no shade. I had spoken to GG / gris more than eight times. each time she reassured me that the tech would call me 30 mins to an hour prior to arriving to the job site. I waited past noon. I got hungry and went to get lunch... was waiting for a call. 2pm rolled around... the end time of when I was promised service would be provided... Still. no one there. Called them again and they said that service was completed an hour ago. I asked why no one called and she said I checked the emails and it didn't say you requested them to call you. ???? First of all, what emails. Second of all, she was the one who arranged everything. so don't try and pull this "no one said that the customer requested to be called". brought all that up and she just hung up on me. very professional.

We picked this company off a list and now have used them for three years. There are a dream company to work with. Quick, efficient and best of all responsive to communications. I could not give them a higher rating! I am a new assistant to a property manager and not very knowledgeable and they have made everything easy. Highly highly recommend.
