I had a hematoma on my lower back for years and it made simple things—like getting in and out of my pants while standing—really difficult. I actually ended up at Toluca Acupuncture Center by accident when I was dropping off my girlfriend for an urgent treatment. While I was there, I decided to get checked out myself.
I’m glad I did.
After just a few treatments, the issue that had been limiting me for years was finally resolved. I can move again like I did ten years ago. The difference is unbelievable.

Because the weather suddenly turned cold, I ended up throwing out my lower back and became completely unable to move. The next day, through a friend’s recommendation, I went to see Dr. Cho for acupuncture. I could barely make it there with my husband’s support, and at first the pain was so severe that I couldn’t even walk. However, after receiving acupuncture and various treatments, my pain was much more manageable by the time I left, and I was able to walk out on my own.

I had been struggling with chronic hives (urticaria) on and off for many years, starting in my early teens up until my late 20's. Even after trying what felt like endless options from different doctors (steroid shots, pills, topical creams, etc.), nothing seemed to cure the root of my long term health problem.
