My first visit to Lakeside Nail Spa and was very happy with the customer service. The place is clean and organized, and busy which is always a good sign. Someone greeted me right away and took me to pedicure. Yin did a great job, listened to my concerns and I was very happy with the results.
This is the first time using this salon, and I am really happy with the service and results. I did, however, have them do a house call instead of going to the salon. I normally go to the salon but due to circumstances I'm unable to go. Given it was a house call I knew it was going to cost more. However, the person who came was so sweet and did an excellent job. I had a regular mani pedi done and it came out beautiful. I cant wait until I can go in person to get the full experience.
I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a while now, and it’s hands down my favorite. The staff is always welcoming, they really take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. My nails always come out exactly how I want them whether I go for something simple or more detailed. They’re also really gentle, which I appreciate.
