My truck got DEF problem in Palm Spring. I called a few mobile services, TA but they told me that we do don’t fix DEF on road. You have to tow your truck to our shop.I called S&S Fleet Services they told me that yes we can fix it. After 10 minutes Shawn came and fixed my truck in 30 minutes.He is very nice man and professional!Thank you Shawn!!!

S&S is a fleet service repair on fire! I was brought into Shawn's shop on the fly with my 99 Ford after my radiator blew up in 90 degree weather. As a fluke, his friend Cody with Serenity Towing rescued me from the freeway when AAA never showed.. OH MY!!! This guy stopped what he was doing and ordered my part pronto. Seriously, my radiator was there so quick! Not only did Shawn and Brent get right to it but they were quite entertaining, cordial and very friendly! They got me out of there so quick and didn't try to burn me. Now that's the kind of service that saves a country. Thank you all so very much! Adrienne
