David, the technician was super. After 3 other companies he analyzed the system and got it up and running the best possible. Am trying to obtain financing for a new install. Doesn't get better than this and honestly goes a long way.

Marcos arrived to diagnose (and hopefully repair) a mini split in our garage.
A technician from another company had been to the house three times, and could not fix it, and said our only option was to get a new unit.
Marcos diagnosed the problem, and carefully went about performing a tune-up/cleaning on the unit, took pains not to disturb the area around his work site. He explained what the problem was and the steps he was taking to fix it. He was professional and polite.
We highly recommend him.
