Michael showed up and addressed the problem I was having with my heaters. I appreciate his patience in showing me how to work units by using my phone and by the new panel on the wall. Great service.
I contacted General Air Conditioning & Plumbing to diagnose a slow draining toilet, as well, as, a lack of hot water. The plumber, Tony Debellis, who came out, diagnosed both things fairly quickly, and ran through my options, with costs for each. Once we agreed on which options to move forward, Tony ordered the required products and returned when in hand. The repair, replacement and applicable remediation was rather quick. Tony walked me through what was done, which aligned with what we agreed to, even showing my photos of the before and after, reconfirming his correct diagnosis.
