Once again, Erkies pull through Dane is amazing after the hurricane or tropical storm Hillary yuck I had no power, and my air conditioner went off. I was able to talk to Dane during the course of my 48 hours in power outage mode and he instructed me on what to do and what the problems were and he was absolutely spot on once SCE came and diagnosed the problem It was an Sce problem with a leg of power not being delivered to my panel box. He's incredibly knowledgeable, and the service is provided for free. I would like to thank Erkies for sending me out a tech promptly.
My home hade reached 88' inside temperature was 107' today.
I would especially like to say thank you to the technician Daniel. He showed up rapidly.
Very professional, and explained what he was doing during his diagnosis.
Found the problem. Explained to me what he needed to do to get my A/C unit back up and running.
Problem resolved.
