I have a white sofa and light colored chairs and a light rug, and Richard did a fantastic job, my sofa xhairs and rug look like new.and my bedroom carpet looks great as well.. he 1st came on the initial visit and after seeing our furniture and carpet , Richard asked if he could come back so he would have full tanks and enough of the cleaning solution in order to insure that the sofa came out perfect, and It did.. we also got a great price and great communications, I used the chat and it worked out out perfectly and the responded almost immediately.Bottom line I will definitely use this company and I will definitely ask for richard. “I will admit, at first we had a rocky start. I had purchased a 4 hour deep clean through Groupon. Getting through the phone number wasn't easy the first time, then had an email. Finally Sandy and I were able to work through email. She was always was very polite in her wording and help make the rocky begining finish smoothly. I had no idea what to expect, since I've never used a cleaning service before. I was told 9:15 arrival and they were knocking at 9:05, so instant bonus to start. Maria and Claudia came in and asked if I had something important I wanted to have done and pointed to the plantain shutters and of course the bathrooms. I thought that would take up most of the time. Nope....they were done in an hour..and well done! So then it was just cleaning everything everywhere....the still were so fast and efficient...they actually had nothing to do...
