My 13 1/2 year old dog no longer can get into my car so when I heard such good things about Vets Here Mobile, I called to schedule an appointment for a consult and checkup for him. Dr. Matt Hefner came out with his technician and I am so happy to have found them. He was great with Dusty and his technician was very good with helping and Dusty was right at home. The office staff is friendly and they followed up to see how he was doing. I'm thankful to have found them.
Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! This mobile Vet service is, “One of a kind”. Dr. Matt Hefner and his assistant (didn’t catch his name…) were so kind, gentle and patient with my cat, Shiva while giving her physical exam and taking blood work. Dr. Hefner followed up the next day with a phone call explaining the results of Shiva’s blood panel. He suggested she should go on a special diet. He even donated a bag of food for her to try. Matt is a wonderful Vet and the staff are so pleasant to be around! I LOVE Vets Here! I am SO grateful to live in an area that has access to this service!
I highly recommend Vets Here! Very professional, kind, caring and timely at home veterinary service. It is so nice to have in-home services available. I have used Vets Here for my cats on several occasions and couldn't be more pleased with them.
