This review is for Hai. Another worker gave me a pedicure which came out like a clear polish, much lighter than expected. I was hesitant to go back in after walking outside and noting the difference from my fingernail color but the manager was very accommodating and found the perfect match. Kai was the pedicurist that helped me out. He was very understanding and did a great job. He also refused a tip lol so I wanted to plug him here for his excellent customer service! 😊
Steve runs the best nail salon in the Conejo Valley. Living many years in Studio City & Beverly Hills areas, Top Nails is right up there. Jenny gives the best pedicures & Jessica, Kim & Mindy rock at doing very creative manicures of all kinds. Thank you. Five stars all the way.
I had the BEST experience at Top Nails Spa! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, welcoming, and so relaxing. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, and they really take their time to make sure your nails come out perfect. A huge shoutout to Rachel—she is seriously amazing at what she does! She paid so much attention to detail, made sure every nail was flawless, and perfectly brought my design to life. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients.
