I recently posted about an experience my daughter had at top nails… the manager reached out to me, he was very apologetic, and took care of the problem in a very professional courteous manner. I was blown away how amazing Top Nails was. My nail artist, Kenneth, gave me the best acrylic fill and fine nail detail Christmas art I have ever seen or had. I have had acrylics on and off for about 13 years and I have never had an acrylic fill and nail art that turned out better than the inspiration picture I had shown him. Kenneth is not only a talented artist but is very professional and kind. They now will have me as a customer. My friends since seeing my nails have all gone in the most recent week and are also very happy! Kenneth is AMAZING! Ask for him and I am just so impressed by Top Nails!
