I was skeptical of the short workout bet very quickly became a believer! This is the first exercise program that I have really loved and looked forward to every session. I am older and was very out of shape, and I have seen real results in changes to how I handle mundane things like bending over and getting up out of a chair. And my trainer Toni is excellent - very encouraging and she knows just how to push!. The perfect Workout is highly recommended!
Coaches Andres and Toni motivate me and make sure I am doing the exercises safely and without injury. I have seen continuous increases in the weight I am lifting and I'm really happy with my progress. It's hard to believe each session is only 20 minutes and I have seen such benefits!
Yes, it’s pricey but I consider it preventive healthcare. I’m building muscle and preventing muscle loss. Staff is friendly, enthused, engaged and motivating. Bonuses are: Progress tracking, accountability and knowledgeable guidance.
