I've booked with Jay a few times now and the cut has always been consistently great. Jay is a cool dude and I appreciate the complementary drink. Everyone I've talked to has been friendly and the music is always good. The cut is a bit pricey at $60+tip, but you get what you pay for rather than rolling the dice at a chain like Supercuts.

The best, most authentic, barbershop I've found in Thousand Oaks. Multiple very talented barbers, but test out a couple to find your best fit. Great products and knowledgable staff about all of them. Upstairs or down, I've never left dissapointed. Ashley has been my go-to for nearly 9 months or so... but Tanner is solid when he's in. My son also love the atmosphere, and the mug rootbeer.

Came for the fresh cut, stayed for the great company. I've been coming to The Handlebar Barbershop for years, and it's always an amazing experience. Funny enough, I accidentally scheduled an appointment with an old high school friend who now goes by a different name--Jay. And let me tell you, Jay is the absolute best. Every time I leave, I get tons of compliments on my haircut, and my confidence skyrockets! The Handlebar is more than just a barbershop--it's a vibe. The music is always on point, the shelves are lined with quality hair and shave products, and the staff is kind, welcoming, and attentive. It's an experience I genuinely look forward to every time. If you're looking for a fresh cut, a great atmosphere, and top-notch barbers, look no further. The Handlebar has earned my loyalty, and I have zero desire to go anywhere else.
