I was definitely skeptical about acupuncture—having a bunch of needles all over my body didn’t exactly sound appealing. But with my thyroid depleted and not much else helping, I decided to give it a try. By my third session, I was amazed. I had never felt so good—not just during the treatment, but in the days that followed. It’s something you truly have to experience for yourself.

Attending the Women's Circle at Sunburst Vitality was exactly the pause I didn't know I needed. The space itself is so calming and beautiful--it instantly feels like a safe and nurturing environment. Adrianna led with such grace and intention, and I left feeling more deeply connected to myself. From pulling angel cards to diving into how Mercury in retrograde was showing up in our lives, the entire evening was grounding, soulful, and full of meaning. I absolutely loved it and am so excited these gatherings are happening monthly now. I already can't wait for the next one!
