I have known Mark for many many years but had never had the opportunity to work with him. I'm recently divorced and found myself needing help after selling the house I had lived with my ex and honestly felt a bit lost and helpless.I was scared of what there future had in store for me especially because I wanted to stay in the area.I had been a full time stay at home mom for many years working only part time so I had a tight budget with my new lifestyle.I expressed my concerns with Mark and he assured me he was going to help me any way possible and make sure I could find something affordable with great rates.I was nervous nonetheless because the rates to purchase a home were going up and I was not sure if I would even qualify and get approved as my income was not that great! Luckily my home sold fast and with my portion I paid off my debt and had a decent chunk left to put down on a new place! We closed on our first home this week and it would not have happened without Mark. Not only was he a wonderful human and very easy to talk to and work with, he beat the pants off the other brokers we spoke with. In a market where rates suck in general and our own personal challenges, he was able to get us a strong pre-approval in no time that got our offer accepted.
