Dr. Henry has been my primary for a few years and she has always been very kind and compassionate. She is also very attentive and explains things very well. My husband recently saw Dr. Ardalan & had a very positive experience. He was very kind and helped relieve a lot of my husband’s healthcare anxiety after not seeing a doctor for over 5 years. We are very grateful to have wonderful physicians. And I’m very grateful that my husband has finally found a doctor that is as compassionate as Dr. Ardalan.

The care here’s is “hit and miss”. Whenever I see a physician (usually my assigned) the conversation is always one sided ...me explaining my concerns, her just staring back at me while masked, expressionless, then asking about whether I want a flu shot or reminding me that I need a colonoscopy, but never addressing my chief complaint. It's clear I’m just a number that pays into a profitable system..."Next !..."

I mostly go to the Kaiser pharmacy in Camarillo but sometimes it’s more convenient going to this one, and it’s not the best. There is always so many people and such a long line and I never have enough time to wait. The pharmacists here are Ok, not nearly as nice and friendly as the Camarillo location. Overall this place is Sub-par and I don’t think I will go again even if it’s the most convenient.
