    Dr. Kubo is now my doctor! I was very pleased he was patient and took his time during my eye exam and explained in detail what my eyes were now experiencing and showed concern for me. He is a very good doctor and he has a wonderful office assistant maryann. she was also patient and kind and went out of her way to help me find the right glasses i did not feel pushed out or just another number i felt like a patient getting treated with the right care from the right people. I have not seen this kind of team work and sincerity in a very long time. Thank you Dr. Kubo and Maryann! I give you both the highest recommendation!

    Great prices. It can get busy and you may have to wait. Normally I would give them 4 to 5 stars but the employee really messed up yesterday He called to tell me my glasses were ready (a week early) and that I had to be there by 6 to get them before the store closed at 6 for at least 2 weeks for covid-19. I left work early and arrived before 5. He was gone and everything was all shut down. The store manager did her very best to help but I need them to be properly adjusted before bringing them home. So disappointed in the employee who just left knowing I was on my way. Very poor customer service. The woman who works in the Optical area is great. So 5 stars for her, zero for him.

    I have been getting my glasses here for over 25 years. Service is always great, selection and pricing good and pretty quick turnaround considering what other people tell me they have had to wait at other places.
