I originally starting coming to family yoga for my 4 year old son who has been experiencing anxiety. Cici is so amazing, patient and kind. I came for my son, and it turns out that since starting, it has been so helpful for me too. The breathing techniques have been so helpful for me, as a mom, dealing with the ups and downs of a toddler. This new journey has been a beautiful bonding experience. I’m so grateful for finding this place! CiCi has only shown us compassion, as we are beginners. The inner peace,calmness, and self exploration we are experiencing is all due to this one of a kind family yoga. I can’t wait to discover more about myself through this healing journey.

Amazing yoga studio! All of the teachers are wonderful and I’ve enjoyed every single class I’ve attended. They offer a superb variety of classes that are great for all levels, especially beginners! 10/10 brilliant studio.

After a five year break from doing yoga (except for alone at home following YouTube) because of multiple injuries, slipped discs, osteoarthritis and a torn rotator cuff, I finally tried a yoga class out again and glad I chose this place.I feared being pushed beyond what I can do with my disabilities, but that wasn't the case here. Serene environment, nice cozy atmosphere, compassionate instructor and overall welcoming vibe.Their gentle class is perfect for me to get back in a routine as I build strength after 1 of 2 hip replacements. I can't wait to try out their sound bath meditations and hopefully I can keep up with others soon.Long story short, I highly recommend this...read full review
