If you are looking for general skin wellness do not go here. Unless you are wanting to invest in expensive cosmetic procedures they are not interested in you. The Dr. I saw at the Thousand Oaks location refused to wear a mask (in the middle of the pandemic), and complained about "Obama Care" when I inquired about procedures being covered by insurance. I was having some skin abnormalities looked at they did not offer any viable solutions beyond "cutting them out which would leave a scar." - terrible.

I had been coming here for years and at this point I've had it with this office. I'm always left waiting in the lobby past my appointment start time and even longer once I'm in a room. What should be a quick visit lasts over an hour. Then I find out the front desk staff didn't even schedule me for the right type of appointment, so I am left waiting in the room again while the MA goes to figure out why I am there. He finally comes in 45 minutes after my appointment should have started to begin the excision. After the removal, he used stitches to patch it up. They looked horrible and were done in such a sloppy way that I knew would leave a terrible scar.... read full review
