If I could give this office a NEGITIVE 100, I WOULD. I took my cat in to see Dr. KELLY, HUGE mistake! I Brought him in for a wellness check up. Dr. Kelly came in and checked him and there were no concerns. she recommended blood work which I did. Then she asked what I was feeding him as he is over weight but has not had any problems. He is 7. She said kibble is the WORST food to give any any cat or dog. She said stop it now and never give him dry food again only wet food. She tried to sell me their prescription food which I did not feel necessary. I have always given all my pets over the years good QUALITY food. Anyway I got new food and within 24 hours he was throwing up. I called her and she said stop the wet food and go buy baby food, sweet potato, turkey and rice. I gave him that and he was eating very little and continued to vomit several times. I called her again and talked to the rude receptionist, who says Dr. Kelly has no time in her schedule to see him. It was only 1 pm !!! By the way his blood work was fine. he was perfectly healthy when I brought him in. I ended up taking him to another vet within an hour and he treated him with anti nausea meds and some hydration . He said to put him back on the food I had been giving him for years. After seeing him and getting my sweet cat home he stopped vomiting. He was still lethargic but is now fine . PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER VET.
Worst vet I've ever been to, and wasted my money on these "professionals" who couldn't even spot fleas on my cat. Yet, said it was a skin infection and gave him meds that didn't do anything. After I discovered he had fleas i immediately gave him flea treatment and not only did it kill the fleas, but the "skin infection" magically disappeared. They wanted to charge me an additional cost for a re-check, and the woman I spoke with was rude over the phone. Worst vet
I was hesitant to do a rating and provide my experience. i just got off the phone w the office and the rude treatment gave me that push to do this. I took my pet for possible ear infection. Two hours later they brought me into office. I was warned I was going to hear he was too heavy. That was exactly his focus. I asked about the ear infection and rudely he asked if I wanted to hear what was wrong w him. I asked about his ears. He said he had mild infection and he prescribed medication and in office treatment. wanted to see him a week later. I left after paying almost $300. I took him back again a week later and again a bill over $500 was presented to me. I asked what that was all about if it was only a follow up. Somehow now he had a more serious ear infection. I asked if there was cheaper treatments and after I insisted it was too expensive they offered me same treatment as previous week which was not as expensive. Then I was advised that a blood work was highly recommended. I agreed after two different girls were sent to explain to me why it was so important and urgent. I recently called to get results as it's been about a month since tests were performed. I was told results were hard to read but Dr would be consulted. I called again but apparently results are still in Dr pile of papers. I guess it wasn't that urgent after all.
