Dr G. Scott Voorman is a very good ENT. He has decades of experience, he is calm, rational, and truly listens, without interruption or minimizing the patient's concern. The ladies at the front desk are very kind, have a good sense of humor, and try to make patients comfortable. The Thousand Oaks practice is relaxed and you don't feel like an inconvenience. They take PPO insurance, and there are zero problems. Highly recommended!

I saw Dr. Voorman for the first time yesterday. What a warm, kind, and thorough doctor! One of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced! I feel so fortunate to have accidentally run across him. The front desk was also friendly and efficient. Thank you all so much!
