Had DrPC out to assist with an email issue. I live in Westlake Village and wante asomeone local. I'm glad I found John from DrpC. HE was very knowedable and friendy. He fixed my issue quickly and I will not hesitate to use him as needed.
We live in North Ranch and my wife's computer suddenly got the dreaded blue screen after a malware attack. I tried for a couple of hours to fix the computer but couldn't. I looked up "computer repair near me" to get someone to come to my home. John answered my call immediately, made an appointment for the next day and arrived promptly at the time he said he would.
