Optometrist was excellent and I’ll keep coming back! ! One of the front staff members was not having her best day. I had to ask numerous times the same question to get her to check on availability on a pair of glasses and was all over the place with answers with other questions I asked as well.
Then when getting my receipt, my name was spelled wrong and my email was wrong. It might not seem like much, but just all together made for an unpleasant experience.
My experience with Target Optical once again was seamless from making an appointment to checking out. Dr. Griffith is a gentle caring doctor that puts you at ease. He's knowledgeable and professional, and the staff does not try to sell or push you once you've received your prescription. Hands down the best optometry visits I've experienced and I'll be going back every year.
