We have used Diana's cleaning service many times over the past few years and have had overall good experiences in the past. However when we had them come for a deep clean before our holiday visits, we were extremely disappointed. A lot of areas were not cleaned, or simply wiped with marks left behind and no attention to detail. Cob webs, dirt behind items and dust was left sitting. Our items were piled up and placed in random areas throughout the house, trash and items were thrown from the top of the stairs without regard to the picture frames hanging that were getting knocked around.
