I'm male, and in my 60s. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Yaftali for 22 years, since we moved to the Conejo Valley. We couldn't ask for a better family physician.

Contrary to some Yelp reviewers, I have never once found the front office staff to be anything less than totally professional, and never condescending.

Over the 22 years, we had one (1) minor billing issue, and it was resolved instantly.

Dr. Yaftali has a colleague, Dr. Simard, who is also great. They back each other up when one or the other is out, so appointments can be made without waiting too long. We contacted them this morning, and got an appointment this afternoon, for instance.

I've been coming to this office for 30+ years. The staff is super friendly, helpful and always able to get me in for an unexpected seasonal illness. I see all the doctors as they are great! Great center & excellent service!

Only been here a few times but I really like Dr Yaftali, she's smart and efficient. Doesn't recommend things unnecessarily either like they do at Kaiser, which I switched from because of how horribly annoying they are with phone calls and notifications. Only thing I dislike is how difficult the office can be to reach by phone on some days... maybe it's an issue with the phone system? Please consider fixing.. Otherwise a consistently efficient and reliable experience, staff-wise.
