Highly recommend coming to Thousands Oaks Complete Performance! Absolutely beautiful top of the line facility. The kindest staff and the most qualified Dr Alvarez make a great wellness team. I wish I came here sooner.
It’s so nice to finally find a doctor/therapist who understands Ehlers-Danlos syndrome to know what my limitations and restrictions are and the proper way to adjust stretch and apply the therapy that’s needed to treat someone like myself. I have found much relief, satisfaction, mentally emotionally, and physically with the doctor and his team. Thank you so much for your help and relief always look forward to our next session
I was suffering from pretty bad tennis elbow in both arms. Playing tennis twice a week at my age I thought explained my dominant arm but I couldn’t figure out why both. I tried resting, stretching and at home treatments but couldn’t quite beat it. About one and a half months in Dr Chris was recommended by a tennis partner. I’m now 8 sessions in and I’ve improved to probably 90%. Obviously getting better is huge but I was also blown away how much I learned on how to maintain my health and treat this if ever I’m struggling with it again.
