I’ve been coming to this office 10 years and never had an issue. The staff have treated me respectfully and my doctors nurse gets back to me and handles my prescription refills same day with no issues or she calls me to discuss dr OHevshalom is the most thorough Dr and spends so much time going over history and current issues. I can get my blood work and ultrasounds all done there also.
When the elevator opens on the second floor the front desk staff will be the first thing you see .. The friendly staff will be waiting to assist you. In my case , I was greeted by Holly . She was helpful ,patient and understanding. She went above and way beyond to help me . A true professional ! I was kind of high maintenance yet I never felt like I was too much trouble for her . It only gets better from there . My Doctor took the time to listen and was very attentive and thorough. I never once felt rushed or like I was just another number . I personally liked that they have a lab on premises. I've been to other doctors that have sent me to a lab for blood work . I don't really want to run around to different locations. The man who took my blood was extremely professional and I seriously never felt the needle inserted . Overall , I am so happy with my experience at Arroyo Oaks Medical. I will recommend them to all my friends.
Update. Dr. DeLa Pena is still the best! Delivered another kiddo for me via c-section in 2017. 10 plus years later I am still learning something new with every appointment. I believe in the importance of knowledge and education. A doctor that is willing to familiarize you with your health and what to do in case of... is rare these days. Dr. DeLa Pena does a great job educating his patients on how to live a long wholesome, healthy lifestyle. Thank you!
