All employees there are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I have seen people come in and mistreat employees and that should not happen! Be patient and kind! Also all employees are honest and fair. Airtech provides a service to have in our community!!!

This place has saved us!! Cannot recommend them highly enough! My daughter was thrown in a friend’s pool with her iPhone in her pocket and the phone died / water damage. We’ve been on a merry go round with purchasing different replacement phones, working w insurance, working w Apple, and our provider, spent countless hours on this and then we found Air Tech! They have helped us and solved everything!! They were able to get the damaged phone to turn on and now be able to transfer the data from the damaged phone to the new replacement phone. Nice store, great service, good location. Found this place a few months ago when had to take care of my daughter's phone bill, now when she has trouble, which seems too often, they are my go to guys. Yesterday, my daughter got a new iphone 16 Max Pro, I did not pay for, and needed service transferred and a new case. They came through and saved me from frustration and delay. Thanks Guys!!!
