I wasn’t sure what to expect after seeing some not great reviews, but my gosh my fist visit was top notch from start to finish! The staff was all very personable, upbeat and friendly and NP Kathryn Pozzi was so warm and helpful, took time to ask questions and even went out of her way to order tests she said she doesn’t usually order. They made my day.

This office was very unprofessional with extremely rude front desk staff. Communication was terrible — they didn’t even inform me that I had an infection. Very neglectful. My new OB only found out through my medical records from weeks before and had to prescribe the antibiotics himself. I would not recommend this place at all.

Unfortunately I do not recommend even bothering. I’ve been waiting for several months to get in for a basic annual exam. The first reschedule was due to the Dr. leaving (understandable) and the second was due to being booked on a day the new nurse was going to be out of office. They called me a week prior to my rescheduled appointment to reschedule. I decided to cancel and go elsewhere due to the lack of communication and unprofessionalism.

Loved Dr Charles but the office staff had troubles with keeping their appointments straight, always loosing my appointments and making me reschedule even though I made them months in advance.I no longer go to this office as I have moved but Dr Charles was always so kind.

I booked an apt with Dr.Charles who was recommended by a friend. I came in for a consultation for an iud. She discussed the process but failed to mention the odds of it rejecting. Causing me the most excruciating pain for 7 months before I was admitted to a hospital and had it removed. She didn't warn me AT ALL. The second she put it in it was the most pain I've ever felt in my life. I was vomiting and bed ridden for days after the insertion. I can't speak on behalf of other doctors there but with how long I waited for my apt and only saw her for 10 mins.

I have had multiple instances where radiology and lab test results have not made it to their final destination. I have spent at least an hour on the phone trying to get answers out of someone. Then when I finally get result oh by the way you had an appointment yesterday. There is a major lack of communication and incompetent people working here. I have been going here for years and no longer trust them for my healthcare needs.
