I wasn’t sure what to expect after seeing some not great reviews, but my gosh my fist visit was top notch from start to finish! The staff was all very personable, upbeat and friendly and NP Kathryn Pozzi was so warm and helpful, took time to ask questions and even went out of her way to order tests she said she doesn’t usually order. They made my day.

Loved Dr Charles but the office staff had troubles with keeping their appointments straight, always loosing my appointments and making me reschedule even though I made them months in advance.I no longer go to this office as I have moved but Dr Charles was always so kind.
