It was my first time to meet with Dr. Thompson and I couldn't be any happier. He explained what I needed and wanted to know. He even answered my question about my fingernails.

Dealt with a skin condition for several months but kept putting off the hassle of scheduling because every time I called my regular derm office their schedule was booked 4-5 months out. Took a chance and called this new office and got an appointment two business days after I called. Truly floored! The office was continently located close to my former derm near Twin Cities. Ample parking, easy access, clean beautiful office with kind staff. I will note that the demands put on new patients felt cumbersome and mildly ridiculous. They ask that you set up a client portal, download an app & fill out basic personal info within 72 hours of scheduling. Then 24 hours prior to appointment you are asked to take care of co-pay, fill out health info intake forms and check-in through the app or else your appointment will be cancelled. I was able to navigate these requests, but several people in the waiting room had office staff helping them figure out the myriad online requests. This system felt excessive and obviously wasn’t the most straightforward option for all clients. Oh- and on top of all the clicking and form filling, you must present a physical insurance card- yes the same info you had previously added to the portal. Paperwork aside, the human elements of this office are fantastic! Looking forward to recommending to friends & family.
