They told us the unit was too old to repair or recharge with refrigerant and quoted us $12k for a new unit. We laughed and bought some window units to last us the rest of the summer.

When we found Kenneth’s we asked if they could come take a look at it. In about 45 minutes Kenneth checked that it held pressure, checked that it held negative pressure, recharged with refrigerant and immediately our central air AC was blasting cold air again. He confirmed that the previous company was just trying to make a sale.

This is the ONLY company we will call for our apartment complex’s heating and air needs.
