If the rest of the office operated with the same level of competence and professionalism as the billing department, this would be a completely different review.
Tara and Fanny were the only staff members who took the time to thoroughly review my insurance, explain my benefits, and break down my bill in a way that actually made sense. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Sadly I can't say that about everyone else.
This office is very fortunate to have them. Without Tara and Fanny, the experience would have been significantly worse.

I was a bit concerned based off some of their reviews but staff was professional and treated me with excellent care. I had a mole removed from my shin and experienced zero pain and am healing well a few weeks after appointment.

Review is for CARRIE: Entered the office not knowing what to expect having read reviews. The office is comfortable and the staff friendly and welcoming. Carrie, the woman that did my skin cancer screening, was friendly and very thorough. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience considering I had read many of the very negative reviews. I have not met the doctor and the negative reviews seem to be about him. Carrie is excellent and she is a five star experience. 12/11/2024
