“I'd give 10 stars if I could. Our experience with SCI was incredibly positive throughout the repair work completed for significant interior damage we incurred from a leaky roof. The Project Manager, Ryan, was very knowledgeable and prepared a detailed proposal for the work to be done. He communicated consistently during the project and staged the work to occur in a way that allowed us to still live in the house without too much disruption. All the SCI staff we worked with were so professional and polite as well as being skilled at their jobs. Alan and Wyatt did the majority of the restoration to drywall damage removal and replacement, texturing and painting. Excellent work and our house looks like new...they exceeded our expectations! The entire SCI team, including contributions by Travis and Dave, made a stressful situation so much easier to bear. The team's consistent progress and their commitment to quality and making sure we were happy with the work were such a blessing. Highly recommend this company for the professionalism and excellent communication and workmanship of the staff!“

“The master bathroom and bedroom of our rental flooded while the tenants were out of town due to a faulty supply line in the master bathroom sink and the damage that resulted was massive. The entire master bathroom had to be rebuilt from the studs up and flooring and drywall had to be replaced in the bedroom. Central Coast Casualty Restoration helped us from the initial emergency response through the entire repair process. The experience working with this company was absolutely excellent. Wade helped us with the initial emergency response and was at our house within 2 hours of calling the company with a crew to start tearing out flooring/ carpet and insulation and air movers and dehumidifiers to start the dry-out process. They ran non-stop, with Wade checking in daily, for the next 6 days until the space was dried out (verified and documented with digital moisture measurements of the walls and floor). The demo process happened next and this was done with incredible cleanliness and minimal impact to the rest of the home. Finally the repairs process was headed up by Angel, who was incredible to work with. He is an excellent communicator, always keeping us informed of the schedule of contractors at each stage of the repair process, and took initiative at each stage of repairs to go the extra mile in making sure all repairs were on-target for a rapid finish. We had a tight deadline to get repairs finished for some incoming renters and throughout the process Angel did everything in his power to meet that deadline. Before I could even ask a question about when this or that contractor or repair would happen next, he would already text or call informing me that the next step had been scheduled and was in-progress. I could not be more impressed by my experience working with him. On top of that, all the sub-contractors we had out to do the drywall, plumbing, flooring, painting, and insulation were extremely professional, courteous, and enjoyable to work with. While having a massive flood happen at our property was not in any way ideal, the whole crew at Central Coast Casualty Restoration made the process of dealing with this disaster as painless as possible. If you find yourself dealing with a similar situation, I could not recommend them more.“
