I had a wonderful experience at ARC Physical Therapy while rehabbing my broken wrist. My physical therapist, JoAnn Zander, was incredibly supportive, caring, and encouraging throughout the entire process, and I always felt like she genuinely cared about my recovery. The facility is also nicely outfitted with everything you need for a thorough and effective rehab experience. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend ARC to anyone looking for a great physical therapy team.
I have had 5/6 sessions of PT with Ian and am amazed at the progress and results I experienced within the first few weeks. I struggled with hip pain postpartum, and Ian was able to pinpoint which muscles needed strengthening. I had tried other physical therapists, massage, acupuncture and chiropractic but these sessions were the most helpful to my recovery. Very grateful they accepted my Blue Shield insurance!
