I’m very grateful that I got a new beautiful smile because of Dr. Lu and all the people in his team at Primrose. Dr. Lu is wonderful orthodontist, he’s meticulous, kind, patient, and truly cares about whether you’re getting the most out of what you paid for. I always feel so at ease with him, knowing I’m in good hands when he’s working on me. He’s also a very nice and chill guy who you can chat comfortably about random stuff with. Such a good experience with Dr. Luu at Primrose. Everyone here is so nice and very welcoming. The place is always clean and their equipment is so advanced which I think made the whole process a lot faster. My Invisalign treatment was completed in just a little over a year and I’m very satisfied with my results. My son just finished with his braces treatment and is also very pleased with his nice smile. I never had an issue with scheduling/rescheduling or any communication. I appreciated so much that they never made us wait past our appointment time. I would definitely recommend this place.
