I’ve been here multiple times and had good experiences with different nail techs. On my most recent visit, I saw someone new and asked specifically for regular gel—not builder gel—because I don’t like the way builder gel feels. She assured me it was the same base as regular gel, so I went ahead with it.
However, when I went to pay, I was charged for builder gel, which was a bit awkward since I had clarified in advance. They did discount the $5 difference, but unfortunately, the quality wasn’t great—my nails were uneven, blotchy at the edges, and didn’t go all the way to the tips.
Quick service and everyone was kind. I especially loved my nail technician Nikki, who did a wonderful job on my nails and patiently answered all my questions regarding gel x ( it's my first time getting this type of service). Will definitely be back!

I go in for pedicures since I don't particularly like cutting my toe nails. They do an excellent job and are super nice. They don't give off the vibe of being mean or unwelcoming. I love coming to this place.
