We have had them clean our carpets several times over the last several years. Every time, they come out in a timely fashion, do a thorough cleaning, and charge a fair price. I'm very satisfied with their work and will continue to hire them in the future.
Usually I just have them clean 3 carpets, but this time I had the whole house done with a special pet pre-treatment. They got out some stubborn stains, and the carpet looks great again!

Gus made it easy to schedule the appointment. Caleb was very punctual and his work is high-quality!
I have a large couch that needed to be cleaned as well as a rug in the living room. In addition, two bedrooms and a hallway on the second floor that needed the carpet to be steam cleaned.

I’m pleased with the service we received from Brite Spots. I was able to get a same day appointment. I was quoted $200 for my couch and upon arrival the technician insisted that the four pillows I had on the couch would be extra. In total they cleaned the couch and pillows for $220. Everything smelled fresh except one pillow. I would had appreciated it if the technician ensured everything was fresh before leaving but overall they did a good job and I’m happy with the service.
