I started to come to this location because the main clinic is horrible. The front office girls on the first floor are so sweet and professional. The front office girls in the second floor are 50/50. Half of them are nice/professional the other half are rude/un professional. This location only has one ophthalmologist. I am supposed to get a visual fields test every 4 months during my pregnancy. I was supposed to get one December 2023, but they booked my appointment wrong and just did an exam. Then booked me another VF test in March 21, 2024. I was 38 weeks pregnant and waited over a hour for the VF test. As I waited I was having contractions and informed the Medical assistant. I was uncomfortable and in pain. She said sorry we are waiting for the tech to be available. Right when I was about to walk out the tech was available. I asked how would I receive the results. The MA stated the doctor will call me. One week had past and the doctor did not call me. So I sent a message and someone from his office called me stating I need an appointment to go over the result but the soonest they had was 2 months out on June 18. So I went to the appointment and checked in at 2:10, the MA Tania called me in very quickly. She was nice and sat me in room. She did tell me the doctor has a couple of patients in front of me. At 3:09 someone open the door to my room but didn't come in. At 3:14 I walked out and left. I had my 2 month old son with me. He was getting fussy and I no longer could wait. The doctor seemed to more concerned with his MA who was flustered rather than the fact this issue was his fault and not hers. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Which I believe I spoke with someone in administration and she didn't do much but inform me that Dr. Mansuri is the only ophthalmologist and he always has a wait time. She apologized and that was it. I advised her I work in healthcare and this type of service is unacceptable and the facility needs to inform the patients of the expected wait time prior to the appointment. Especially a mother to a newborn baby.

Friendly staff. Clean new building. Doctors usually on time, minimum wait. Have many specialties including peds, family practice, orthopedic, rheumatology, dermatology, Gastroenterology, neurology, pulmonology and cardiology Strongly recommended.

Ridiculous facility! I requested a referral to another hospital as I have had lumps growing larger in my breasts for over 2 years and RMC will not biopsy. My doctors response was a flat out No to my referal request. She said that since my 6 month check up is still 2 months away, she is not willing to refer me to get a 2nd opinion at UCLA. I suppose my health issue is not important enough for her to help.

Update: Went to ER to get an X-Ray only to find out I did in fact have Pneumonia. So frustrating.

This place has gone down the hilll!! There is no compassion or patient care here any more. RMC used to be about patient care and patient satisfaction, not anymore. All they care about now is MONEY!!! I have been with them for over 20 years. My kids used to go there until my daughter almost lost her life and her baby because of their negligence. Her OB totally disregarded her concerns about her BP being high. Baby was born 4lbs and 4 oz and had to be transferred to Choc from Corona Regional. Today I had a pre op scheduled with my doctor and the front office hounded me for payment , they wouldn't let me see the doctor! I told them I had talked to Gladys , she agreed for me to pay 50% . I was told they don't see any notes. I was also told the doctor said I have to pay full amount. I am having medical issues. Dr Tustison had done surgery on me in 2022 but I continue to have issues and now she wants to do another minor surgery to figure what's going on. I have to pay more out of my pocket for her to figure out what's going on??!! I wasn't refusing to pay. I was just asking for more time to pay the remaining 50% which is $280.00 Obviously my health doesn't matter!! Eventhough I had seen decline in patient care over the past year, I continued to go there because I love amy PCP - Dr Gauhar, she is great! Despite being loyal, faithful patient, this place made me feel like a felon, like I was doing something wrong by asking for payment plan . I felt so disrespected and disregarded . It's hurtful. This is place for healthcare, people go there because they need care.... But DO NOT CARE about their patients and their HEALTH. All they care about is MONEY!! I work in healthcare and know all about it, how they handled this was awful! This place is headed in the wrong direction. They will lose patients if they continue to treat patients like this. As much as I like my PCP , I am considering leaving RMC.

Zero out of 5 stars! Do not go here! It's not anything against the doctors that work here, my complaint is with the front desk staff. My wife scheduled an appointment with the obgyn here a month in advance. She took time off of work to go to her appointment. she made sure to call the staff to make sure they accept her insurance. To which they said they did. 30min prior to her appointment, the office calls her to cancel her appointment because they don't take her insurance. You had an entire month to figure this out and you decided to call her 30min before her appointment. Now because of you, she has to wait another month to get an appointment with another doctor. Now why would you say your office accepts my wife's insurance and then at the last minute, change your mind? Completely unprofessional, completely incompetent. Zero out of 5 stars.

The quality of care could definitely improve. The Urgent Care experience was of low quality. I don't recommend anyone go to this urgent care. Dr. Tri Nguyen lacks the necessary medical knowledge to treat patients. When asked if the medication recommended would help he said, "I don't know" and laughed. The building is nice, the quality of care is lacking.

Got to the facility early and Steve greeted us promptly. Very nice man. He said that the clinic didn’t open until 12 and offered us a different location if we needed service. We said we would wait. He brought us a wheelchair in the parking lot as we waited. What a great first experience. Thank you Steve for your kindness!!!

The women at the front desk of obgyn & pediatrics, extremely rude and snarky. If I could see the doctor without having to check in with them I would. Not friendly, not helpful, rude. I would give them 0 stars. Such a shame because doctor Nani and nurse Sue deserve 5 stars
