Valley Cremation was the best experience I could ever ask for. I have never been through this before. I lost mom in april and both girls were angels sent from heaven. I didn't know how to deal with losing my mom an all my million questions from, I'm scared I'm sad, I need to know she is ok, hie do i do all this, am I asking to many questions. There guidance was from the heart. No about money or impersonal. They talked to me and answered all my questions and helped me through this time in my life that was the worst I have ever felt. Staff was informative kind and professional. There were some hiccups with the county which The company remedied I will continue to refer them to friends and family and though I hope to not need them again in the near future I'm glad to know they are there.
