Very efficient they actually took us in early before my appointment time cuz we had finished all the paperwork and they didn't have another patient at that time so they took us early and I was very happy
The technician who drew my blood (sorry I completely forgot her name), was a real expert! In two seconds, she was able to successfully found the right vein. She was professional, very compassionate, and able! She should teach other technicians on how she found the right vein and did it efficiently and painlessly! I am just so sorry I didn't write down her name. I highly recommend for management to trace and recognize her for a job well done! Thank you.
