I highly recommend Third Generation Heating & Air Conditioning. My heater stopped working overnight and I contacted Sierra first thing the next morning. She had a tech out to my house within 2 hours. We had an A/C condensation plate that leaked through our ceiling and all over the house. We tried to go through another company our home warranty company assigned to our claim. That company was horrible.... so we called Third Generation! They came out same day, did not oversell us or try to commit us to work that didn’t need to be done. They were quick, reliable, honest and so helpful in a stressful situation! Hopefully we don’t have further issues with our A/C, but if we do, we feel very secure knowing that we found Third Generation for all our service needs.
