5 star service! Team Ashley Cooper was the best real estate team I have ever worked with. This was my 3rd home sold and the process was flawless. As you read this, you're probably thinking this is just another good review, but I cannot emphasize any more about the excellent communication and superb advice I was given by Ashley herself. Even though I've known what to expect through the selling of my past homes, she was able to simplify and take over the small details that can become a tedious burden for those that don't have connections to repair the needed projects to prepare for the sale. This was a HUGE advantage for me and a big load off my back. Her expert advice in preparation for the sale, the magnificent video and pictures from her team made all the difference to getting 80+ showings in 3 days and getting 27 offers on my home. This was beyond all my expectations. Ashley left me feeling like I was her only focus with her attention and care.
