Was seen 1/2 hour after appointment time. The manager, who sits up front, seemed to not care and failed to offer an apology much less a discount. The pedicure was decent but I would recommend you go elsewhere.
Had one nail extension and the rest were just painted. Huge gap between fake nail and real on the one I had done and I've never had the paint applied so far from the cuticle as I've had here(not sure if that's normal). You can also still see green from the previous polish I had applied. I went in to complain after a different appointment next door at a salon and they would only fix it on the spot. Unfortunately I had to pickup my kiddo from daycare in Riverside. So they don't offer refunds or gift certificates for you to come back later FYI.
Very disappointed in the quality of my pedicure. The tech removed all of the polish after she finished, re-painted, and there is still polish all around the nails, on my skin and cuticles. This was the second chance, so I will not return a third time.
