I had such a wonderful experience at my appointment today. Dr. Wink took his time during the exam and was incredibly thorough. He explained everything so clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how patient and kind he was throughout the entire visit.
The two girls at the reception desk were also amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. There was no rushing or pressure — just a very welcoming and professional atmosphere from start to finish.

Beautiful office and very nice, professional staff. Dr. Winkelstein was very thorough conducting my eye examination and explained all of the different steps throughout the whole visit. Excellent customer service.
