Trash, do not go here. They don't have a singular billing department and you'll get bills from the hospital, the physicians, and whomever else decides to pile on. Sent me to debt collections even though I paid out of pocket for the entire visit during the visit, for 120$ because the physicians need to be paid separately but not at the time of your services... good luck staying on top of your bills. I could 100% overlook this if I had received somewhat suitable medical care but I didn't. I had the exact opposite experience! I went in because a glass shard got stuck in my toe after a glass fell off my nightstand. They were booked up so they couldn't take me back quickly which I understand. After evaluating the injury, the 'doctor', (they gave me a resident because the injury wasn't life threatening) offered to extract the glass. This 'doctor' proceeded to inject my toe with lidocaine and just started to dig in. I had to ask him to stop to give the lidocaine some time to work... as you should do. After a few minutes he came back started digging around for a while got frustrated and said... ' I don't know what to do, you'll have to see an orthopedic surgeon.' This is the service I got a debt collector called for... comical. Anyways, a few days later I made it to my local podiatrist, who charged me for his services at the time they were rendered. He got the glass out in 10 seconds after waiting for my toe to become fully numb. His charge for the whole extraction was covered entirely by insurance. The difference between an amateur and a professional are astounding. Please if you don't want a horrible experience AVOID THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!

I am appalled that I'm due to have surgery next week but received a call requesting for my co pay for 3300.00! I called my insurance company and they could not believe it! How in the world do they know the cost of my outpatient surgery, haven't cked in and they charge for every Tylenol needle they use too! What if I have to stay like the last 3 outpatient procedures I had?? Even staying at Rancho and Loma Linda I didn't have an almost 3800.00 co pay and my previous procedures were major surgeries! Never in my life! I'm going to BBB to complain too! My husband was in this hospital and he had emergency surgery. Someone stole his jewelry too. I sent email to director and nothing was done! MY ADVICE STAY CLEAR.

I was taken in by ambulance for possible stroke and Covid. I was in the emergency room for 14 hours and received the most awful, disrespectful treatment that no sick person should have to go through and experience. There were three nurses who were absolutely horrible towards me and I will be filing a report against them. I was admitted but waiting for a bed that never came after 14 hours of waiting. Given their awful treatment I could not wait any longer and had to leave at 4 AM without completing treatments. Once I got home I know I made the right decision to get out of that environment and seek better healthcare. I hate to say this, however it also felt very racially discriminatory, as I witnessed other patients receiving better care. Again, no sick person should have to receive this type of treatment and be made to feel like a bother, ignored, and disrespected. Over the course of 14 hours all I would hear are a group of female nurses complaining about their job and how they don't want to be there, which makes sense in how they treat patients. If you chose this profession then do your job and do your best at it! if not, please find another career. It's affecting so many people and their health. I could not continue my healthcare there for stroke and Covid and I took a big chance going home, however it was so bad I had to take the chance.
