They have great customer service at location. Though I live in LA, I always order from this location when visiting Temecula because of how friendly they are. Reid helped me pick my glasses a couple months ago, and helped with ordering contacts today. Super quick and easy!
I had a horrible headache when I walked in and honestly thought id be grumpy the whole time, but the person at the front desk noticed and offered me water before i even said anything, which was so nice since i wasnt even thinking straight. The doctor actually listened to my weird eye strain story from working on the computer too long and didnt rush me out. They found a frame i liked and helped adjust it on my face right there instead of making me wait. My vision feels way better now and i can finally read my phone without squinting again. This is the kind of place where you feel like they give a damn. I already told a couple friends they need to switch over here.
The whole staff was super friendly and very patient when they were teaching me how to put in my contacts. Dr. Cintron is down to earth and your biggest hype man. The whole experience was fantastic. Will definitely keep this location was my primary eye care.
